Skiatook is a city of 8,200 in northwest Tulsa County, bordering Osage County, home to Skiatook Lake, one of northeastern Oklahoma's most popular recreational destinations. The city serves as a gateway between the Tulsa metro and the Osage Hills to the north and west.
Skiatook's residential areas include the neighborhoods within city limits along State Highway 20, lakeside properties around Skiatook Lake, and rural Osage County homesites on acreage north and west of town. The lakeside and rural properties, some accessible only by county roads, present the longest response times and the highest probability of extended unattended death discovery in our entire service area.
Osage County is one of Oklahoma's largest counties by area and one of its least densely populated. Residents living on rural Osage properties near Skiatook may have no neighbors within visual distance. When something happens in those homes, it stays hidden until someone comes looking.

Crime Scene Cleanup, coordination with the Skiatook Police Department and the Osage County Sheriff's Office depending on jurisdiction
Unattended Death Cleanup, decomposition remediation for Skiatook homes and rural lakeside properties. Extended discovery times in this area, sometimes measured in weeks, produce the most advanced decomposition cases in our service territory
Suicide Cleanup, discreet service
Hoarding Cleanup, biohazard assessment and remediation
Odor Removal, lakeside properties experience high humidity from proximity to Skiatook Lake, which intensifies biological odors
Meth Decontamination, rural properties in the Skiatook-Osage County area have historically seen methamphetamine activity
All services 24/7.
